"We asked Louis to build some book shelves either side of a chimney breast and we wanted them to appear to float.  Louis did a beautiful job; he was tremendously tidy, quiet, respectful, thorough, resourceful, meticulous and thoughtful.  He suggested that we incorporate some LED strips that could be hidden behind a lip below the shelves and they look absolutely spectacular now - they really have the wow factor.
